GIBB'S professional customer service was outstanding. Krista Lea addressed my issue with a netting material malfunction . After a courteous investigation including me submitting photos. A replacement net was shipped and received in just a few days. Perhaps it was the net that brought me good fortune ...as this past weekend ,one of my catches was a 5.2 lb. walleye ,(a record for me).
